Our client is an innovative company in the rapidly growing AgTech sector. Their proprietary sensing technology empowers permanent crop orchardists with the confidence to irrigate more efficiently, improving water use and crop health. The company is growing and expanding, leveraging several strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets by generating new Grower leads in the Fruit & Nut Industry.
- ** drive market growth by working directly with Growers and Distributors across the US (primarily California).
- Manage and expand territory through strategic sales planning, driven by a Hunter mentality to actively seek and close new business.
- Support Grower accounts to maximize product value and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with Growers, Retail Dealers and PCA’s/CCA’s
- Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Organize and participate in regional Ag Events to strengthen industry presence.
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business, Sales, or related field.
- Proven Ag Sales success with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Existing Grower network and deep Agricultural Industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
